Tony W. Patterson

Tony Patterson is a partner at Parr Richey. With decades of experience, Tony focuses his practice on representing personal injury victims and wrongful death survivors across Indiana and the Midwest. His work spans a broad range of cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and mass torts. He has secured numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements for clients and served as Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in the high-profile Indiana State Fair Sugarland Stage Collapse litigation. Tony has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer in personal injury law and has been recognized among the Top 50 Indiana Lawyers for ten consecutive years. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, was honored as the 2007 Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year, and was named the 2020 and 2024 Indianapolis Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America.
