Travis N. Jensen

A partner at Johnson Jensen LLP, Travis N. Jensen focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. The firm is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and he represents plaintiff clients from throughout the greater metropolitan area. Mr. Jensen has been admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts since 2000, and he is also admitted to practice in New York as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Born and raised in Indiana, Mr. Jensen attended Purdue University in his hometown of Lafayette, and he won an award as an outstanding attorney in intercollegiate mock trial competitions before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1995. He then pursued his legal education at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was the managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal graduating with his Juris Doctor in 1998. Prior to joining Johnson Jensen LLP in September 2011, Mr. Jensen worked for well-known international law firms, where he provided defense representation for clients who were facing the same types of claims that he now handles on behalf of plaintiffs. This experience has allowed him to anticipate the types of tactics that insurance defense attorneys often employ. The types of matters that Mr. Jensen has handled on behalf of people who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties have included medical malpractice, motor vehicle crashes, premises liability and construction site accidents. His clients have received significant amounts of compensation as the result of Mr. Jensen's skills in arguing cases before juries as well as his experience in negotiating favorable settlements out of court.
