David L. Ginger

David is a shareholder focusing primarily on Corporate and Commercial Law and RealEstate. David understands that a client's ongoing real estate transaction is oftencomplex and time sensitive. His attention to detail, understanding of the law andresponsiveness creates a smooth transaction for his clients. David graduated withhigh distinction with his J.D. from the University of Iowa where he participated in theIowa Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa. David joined the Belin McCormick real estate team in 2017 and has worked on a varietyof real estate issues in his time with the fi rm. Passionate about this area, David isprepared to assist clients with any real estate issue that may arise. David is a central Iowa native who was born in the Des Moines area. David enjoysjogging, biking, football and baseball and spending time with his wife, son and two dogs.
