David W. Stamp

David W. Stamp is a shareholder in the firm of Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C., practicing primarily in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury litigation. Mr. Stamp only represents injured workers and victims of negligence. Additionally, he is involved in several state and national organizations which advocate for the rights of injured people, including the Iowa Association for Justice, the IAJ Workers' Compensation Core Group, the American Association For Justice and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. In addition to working as a trial lawyer, Mr. Stamp enjoys educating the public and other lawyers, whether as an adjunct professor, a mock trial coach, or speaking at professional seminars.
