Jennifer L. Chase

Jennifer L. Chase is a shareholder at Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C. and has been a member of the firm since graduating from Creighton University School of Law in 2000. She practices in the areas of divorce, including issues such as child custody/visitation, child support, property division, and spousal support; collaborative law; family law mediation; and probate and estate planning. Ms. Chase has been trained as a family law mediator and collaborative law attorney. Ms. Chase is committed to her profession and has been actively involved in the Iowa Association for Justice (IAJ) as a member of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee and as the chair of the IAJ Family Law CLE Committee. Ms. Chase enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
