John A. Flaten

John Flaten is a Partner in the law firm of Telpner Peterson Law Firm, LLP. His practice focuses on business law, real estate, wills and probate, and elder law. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in 2011. He then received his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business and his Juris Doctorate from University of South Dakota School of Law in 2014. He has been admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Iowa and Nebraska. He is a member of various local and state bar associations, and previously served as a representative for Judicial District 3A on the Iowa State Bar Association's Board of Governors from 2018-2019.
