Martha L. Shaff

Martha Shaff has been practicing law in Iowa since 1989 and Illinois since 1993. She joined Betty, Neuman & McMahon in 1993. She graduated with honors from Drake University Law School. Martha’s primary focus is civil litigation involving personal injury, commercial, employment, malpractice and product’s liability. In 2008 Martha was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers. Membership in the College is by invitation only to persons who have distinguished themselves in trial practice for at least 15 years and who are recognized leaders in their local communities. She is past president of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Iowa Defense Counsel. She also served as the Iowa chair for the American College.
