Ross F. Barnett

ROSS F. BARNETT is a shareholder with ABENDROTH AND RUSSELL LAW FIRM, where he practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, relocation transactions, and probate. His practice also emphasizes real estate transactions, landlord / tenant litigation and Medicaid planning. Ross received his B.A. degree from Grinnell College in 1992 and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Drake University in 1995. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association (Real Estate and Title Examination Section and Probate Section) and is the Iowa counsel for the National Apartment Alliance. He is the author of numerous legal handbooks on estate planning, real estate, probate, and landlord / tenant law.
