Keith A. Brock

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 2006 and graduating from Washburn University School of Law in 2009, Keith began practicing law in Franklin County. Keith joined the firm in 2007 as a law clerk and became an associate with the firm in 2009 and a partner in 2010. Keith is admitted to practice before all courts in Kansas including the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Keith has chosen to focus his practice in the area of oil and gas law, commercial real property law and banking, primarily representing oil and gas producers, commercial real estate developers and lenders. He is experienced in title examination, transactional drafting, civil litigation, regulatory compliance and conservation practice before the Kansas Corporation Commission. Keith is a member of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Kansas Oil & Gas Association and is a member of the faculty for the Mineral Title Examination course and also the Oil and Gas Conservation Law & Practice course offered by Washburn University School of Law. He has also taught the Oil and Gas Law course at the University of Kansas School of Law as an adjunct professor. Keith has been a presenter at multiple continuing legal education seminars, typically presenting on the subject of oil and gas law and is the President of the Kansas Bar Association, Oil, Gas and Mineral Law section and is past president of the Franklin County Bar Association.
