Born in Covington, Kentucky to Daniel Sherman Sr. and Gladys P. Sherman (deceased). Father of two children (Daniel Sherman III and Eloise Mae) and married to Emily Jo Sherman since 2009. Graduated with honors in Economics and Political Science from the University of Kentucky. Graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Treasurer of the International Law Society while in law school and also a participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Program. Staff Writer for the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law. Licensed to practice in the state of Kentucky and in Federal Court in the Western District of Kentucky. Former associate of Brent Yonts, PSC, now partner of Yonts, Sherman & Driskill.
