Haley Keene

Haley Keene joined Tilford Dobbins & Schmidt, PLLC as a law clerk in May of 2022 and as an associate in October 2023. As a new attorney, Haley has an interest in Intellectual Property, including copyright and trademark law, as well as in family law. A proud Louisville native, Haley received her B.A. in political science from Arcadia University in 2018. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 2023. As a law student, she served as Managing Editor for the University of Cincinnati’s Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal in which she fielded article submissions from law students and scholars in the area of copyright law and prepared them for publication. She also was one of two students in the state of Ohio to receive the prestigious Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer Fellowship for her research into the intersection between wrongful conviction and the deaf and hearing-impaired community. Haley is licensed to practice in Kentucky Courts. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association.
