Hayden Holbrook

Hayden A. Holbrook is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and a graduate of Saint Xavier High School. Hayden attended the University of Kentucky, where he received a dual degree in Finance and Economics, along with a minor in International Business. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he graduated in 2018. During law school, Hayden was a member of the Kentucky Moot Court Board, served as Treasurer of the Trial Advocacy Board, and received the University of Kentucky Pro Bono Award for his volunteer work with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. Hayden joined Valenti Hanley PLLC as a summer law clerk while in school, and joined the firm as an associate attorney after graduation. Hayden's practice focuses on both litigation and transactional work in the business context, including contractual disputes and negotiations, securities, patents, trademarks, corporate governance, creditors' rights, commercial leases, and employment matters. Outside of the office, Hayden's interests include golfing, hiking, traveling, and reading. A former lacrosse player, Hayden also coached high school lacrosse during his college and law school careers.
