Joseph T. Whitaker

Joseph Whitaker grew up in eastern Kentucky and received a B.A. in Business from Morehead State University in 2013. He was then awarded an academic scholarship to attend the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2016. Mr. Whitaker began his legal career working in education law and defending insurance companies, in personal injury and motor vehicle negligence actions throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Mr. Whitaker joined Morgan & Morgan at their Lexington, Kentucky office in 2019 and now focuses his practice on representing individuals in personal injury and motor vehicle negligence actions.
