Martin Kinney

Martin Kinney joined the firm in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in a large insurance defense firm, handling cases involving railroad crossing accidents, legal malpractice, product liability and automobile/truck collisions. He is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and has successfully tried numerous cases in both jurisdictions. In addition, he has handled appeals before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Mr. Kinney has an AV rating, the highest rating an attorney can receive from Martindale-Hubbell. His civic involvement includes serving on the board for the Louisville Downtown YMCA, where he has served as the Board Chair and also as the Chair of the Annual Giving Campaign on two occasions.
