Nellie Draus Stallings

Ms. Stallings was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated from Assumption High School in May 1991. In 1994, she graduated from Bellarmine University Magna Cum Laude obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English. In 1997, Ms. Stallings received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville. After graduation, Ms. Stallings was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association. She is also a member of the Louisville Bar Association. Ms. Stallings concentrates her practice in the area of family law, including divorce, child custody, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, child support, and adoption. Ms. Stallings has served as both parent’s counsel and Guardian Ad Litem, representing children’s interests, for Jefferson Family Court.
