Richard has been active in the Louisville Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He was a previous Director of American Judicature Society and a past Special Justice of Kentucky Supreme Court. Richard was named a top lawyer by Louisville Magazine in the areas of Business Law, Construction Law and Environmental Law.
