Samuel G. Hayward Jr.

Samuel G. Hayward Jr. “Chip” graduated from Saint Xavier and then received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisville. Chip spent time working for the technology companies Echostar Corporation and then Sky Way USA before starting Law School. Chip graduated from the Charlotte School of Law and concentrated on Employment Law and Employment Discrimination. Before completing Law School, Chip was a Fire Fighter for 15 years and Sheriff’s Deputy. He has played and coached college soccer and continues to be actively involved in the soccer community as a coach at Javanon and a college and youth soccer referee. Chip uses his knowledge and skill to help defend workers who have not been treated fairly. He understands the emotional and financial stress of being mistreated at work. Chip has fought for workers against large international companies as well as owner operated businesses. He tirelessly fights for the rights of employees.
