I practice extensively in the state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio. Began practicing in 1979 as a trial attorney. In 37 years I have tried hundreds of jury trials, bench trials, involving products liability, medical malpractice, construction matters, employment law, condemnation on behalf of condemning authorities and property owners, civil rights violations, estate trusts and will contests, child custody, mental competency, civil fraud, automobile accidents, all types of criminal matters, and handled such matters through the appellate stages.
