Thomas Dupont Murphy II

Tom Murphy practices primarily in the areas of debtor/creditor law (including lien filings and lien enforcement actions (foreclosures), bankruptcies, and workouts), real estate litigation and transactions (including foreclosures, partition actions, and title issues), and banking and finance law. Most of his work has traditionally revolved around defaulted loans (typically secured by real estate), collections of contract/invoice amounts, and real estate title issues and disputes.
