Tyler Koch

Tyler Koch has focused her practice on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, healthcare fraud, and residents’ rights since 2012. She represents individuals and families harmed in nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other long-term care settings. Her work often involves investigating violations of state and federal regulations, reviewing Medicare billing practices, and examining the corporate structures behind long-term care facilities. Before entering civil practice, Tyler worked as a felony prosecutor in Kentucky and Alabama. She has tried more than fifty jury trials in both civil and criminal courts. She also served as an instructor at the National Advocacy Center, where she trained law enforcement officers and attorneys. Tyler is licensed in Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia, and is admitted to several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and running. She is the proud mother of two sons, Jack and Connor.
