D. Brian Cohn

Brian Cohn's practice has a focus representing clients in secured lending, finance, creditors rights and collections, business transactions, and estate planning. Brian represents local, regional, and national clients in a variety of real estate, finance, and lending matters including, commercial real estate transactions, lender loan document preparation, title insurance matters, as well as corporate acquisitions and asset sales. Brian counsel's commercial and individual clients on such matters as sales, leases, property law, and purchase and sale agreements. Additionally, his practice involves aspects of corporate formation, preparation and negotiation of organizational documents, and estate planning concepts. He is also a title agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance company (a Fidelity company), Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, WFG National Title Insurance Company, and Pulsar Title Insurance Company.
