J. David Harpole

David was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he graduated from Catholic High School in 2003. After high school, David graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in business management. He received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating cum laude in 2010. While in law school, David received the CALI awards for Business Enterprises II, Insurance Law, and Constitutional Law: Freedom of Speech & Press. David joined TWPD in 2010 after passing the Louisiana bar exam, and has since developed an extensive litigation practice in which he represents clients in premise liability, automobile liability, construction defect, and contractual disputes. In addition to his role as a litigator with the firm, David prepares seminars and frequently speaks before risk and management teams from various insurance companies and corporations on topics covering the most recent updates in Louisiana law and trends in personal injury litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts, and he is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.
