A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Mr. Monsour is an associate in the firm's General Business and Energy practice group. He joined the firm in August, 2000. He earned his law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, and received a Bachelor's Degree in General Business from the School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Monsour's practice is transactional with concentration in areas of General Business and Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Monsour has experience with real estate sales, acquisitions, leases and developments, and with forming and restructuring business entities, working on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of public and private companies, private equity offerings and venture capital financing.
