Linnette Conerly Goodly is a native of Madisonville, Louisiana. In 1994, Linnette graduated with a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the Southern University - Honors College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Thereafter, she continued her studies earning a Master of Social Work in 1998 from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
