Loyd J. Bourgeois is a personal injury attorney and founder of the Louisiana-based law firm, Loyd J Bourgeois Injury & Accident Lawyer. Since opening his doors in 2010, Loyd has focused on helping injured individuals get the support and compensation they need after life-changing accidents. Whether it is a car crash, trucking accident, or other serious injury, his mission is to provide honest guidance and reliable representation during some of life’s most difficult moments. Before becoming an attorney, Loyd worked as an engineer, a background that sharpened his problem-solving skills and attention to detail. But after witnessing how the insurance system often takes advantage of regular people, he made the decision to pursue law and graduated cum laude from Tulane University School of Law. That personal experience still drives him to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves. Loyd has built a legal team known not just for results, but for compassion. His clients appreciate that he listens, explains the process clearly, and treats them like people, not just case files. Based in St. Charles Parish, LJBLegal serves clients throughout Southeast Louisiana and has become a trusted local name for those seeking justice after an injury. When he is not working on behalf of his clients, Loyd stays active in the community he proudly calls home. He and his wife, Lindy, are raising their three children in St. Charles Parish and are involved in local schools, youth activities, and community events.
