Ms. Susan W. Manuel

Susan W. Manuel is originally from Monroe, Louisiana and she is the mother of two children. Susan is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and Southern University Law Center. She was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association in 1998 and she has been associated with the Law Offices of Ossie Brown since 1999. Susan’s practice focuses on defending DWI and other traffic-related offenses, criminal defense, personal injury, and wills and successions. She was also an attorney for The Office of the Public Defender of East Baton Rouge Parish from 2001 through 2009. Susan is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association and Baton Rouge Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is a member of the National Motorist Association.
