Scott R. Wolf

SCOTT R. WOLF. Mr. Wolf has been with Blanchard, Walker, O'Quin & Roberts since 2004. He became a Director/Shareholder in 2012. Mr. Wolf's practice involves assistance in all practice areas, with an emphasis in Business and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Business Torts, Products Liability, Intellectual Property Litigation and Appellate Practice. Prior to joining the firm, Scott served as a law clerk to Judge Charles Peat Ross of the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal. Scott received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and his Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In 2002, Scott received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he served on the Moot Court Board and was elected to serve two terms as the President of the Student Bar Association. Scott was also appointed and served on the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section's Governing Council as the Law Student Division Liaison his final year of law school. He remains involved in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, currently serving on the Editorial Board of Tort Source and as a Vice Chair of the Business Litigation and Medicine and Law Committees. Scott was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 2002, Texas and Nevada in 2003, and Arizona in 2004. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana and the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. Scott is a member of the Louisiana, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, American and Shreveport Bar Associations. He also serves as Immediate Past President of the Louisiana State University in Shreveport's Alumni Association Board of Directors, a member of the Red River Revel Board of Directors, a member of the Shreveport Times Community Board, a member of the Northwest Louisiana Air Service Taskforce and as a Barrister in the Harry V. Booth and Henry A. Politz American Inn of Court.
