Sessions Ault Hootsell III

Ault Hootsell practices in the area of commercial litigation. For more than 20 years, he has counseled corporate and individual clients on a full range of disputes. A significant portion of Mr. Hootsell's practice is in the area of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. He is Board Certified at both the national and state level in the area of business bankruptcy, and is the current Chairman of the Bankruptcy Committee of the New Orleans Bar Association. Mr. Hootsell's multi-state practice includes the handling of complex commercial and tort litigation matters. He handles disputes in both federal and state court, including products liability disputes, contract and lease disputes, construction disputes, supplier disputes, surety matters, intellectual property disputes, torts, lender liability, director and officer matters, insurance regulatory matters, franchisor/franchisee disputes, and the protection and enforcement of debtor’s and creditors’ rights generally in the non-bankruptcy context.
