Cristol Wagner

Cristol Wagner is an Associate Attorney at Sinclair Prosser Gasior, focusing on estate planning and estate administration clients. She initially joined the firm as a law clerk before being sworn in to practice law in Maryland, November 2023. With both of her parents practicing law, Cristol always knew she would become an attorney. In law school, she assumed she would focus on international law but quickly realized she wanted to work in an area where she could see the impact of her work. After experiencing the stress and grief of her father’s passing, she wanted to gain the skills necessary to help others navigate similar experiences. Cristol’s kind, calm and attentive approach helps her support clients through developing secure estate plans or guiding families through the difficult estate administration process after losing a loved one. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. Cristol frequently advances her knowledge of estate planning laws and policies to provide clients with the most up-to-date information. While in law school, she was a fellow in the Rose Zetzer Women, Leadership and Equality program, an editor of the Maryland Journal of International Law and a participant in the Fair Housing Clinic. Before joining Sinclair Prosser Gasior, she worked as a law clerk at a title company and another law firm, where she conducted research projects and gained insight into various legal topics. EDUCATION Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and German Language & Literature, George Washington University, Magna Cum Laude Juris Doctorate, University of Maryland Carey School of Law Annually completes 36 continuing education credits required by the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys PERSONAL Originally from Harford County, Cristol has spent her entire life in Maryland. She currently lives in Crofton with her fiancé, Calvin. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time on the water.
