Dan has handled numerous cases ranging from heavy industrial uses, such as concrete plants and surface mining operations, to residential uses such as single-family residential subdivisions and large multi-family mixed use developments. He has also handled numerous commercial real estate transactions in his capacity as local counsel for his national clientele.
