Eliza R. McDermott

Eliza R. McDermott is an Associate at Santoni, Vocci & Ortega, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Eliza served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Christopher B. Kehoe of the Appellate Court of Maryland and Judge A. David Copperthite of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Eliza graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was the Executive Editor of the Law Review, a member of the University of Baltimore Students for Public Interest, and a student attorney in the Saul Ewing Civil Advocacy Clinic. She received her Bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College. Before law school, Eliza built a career in the nonprofit sector, working for legal services, housing, and community development organizations. She is proud to call Baltimore City her home for over a decade.
