Frank Edward Turney

Frank E. Turney graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1989. In 1992, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland Bar. In 1993, Mr. Turney founded his law firm, The Law Offices of Frank E. Turney, P.A. Over the past 18 years, he has tried jury and non-jury cases in many Maryland state courts. Mr. Turney specializes in personal service to his clients. Though his primary practice areas are bankruptcy, personal injury and criminal matters, Mr. Turney also handles a number of other practice areas. Mr. Turney is active in several civic and charitable organizations and was recently honored by the Baltimore County Bar Association for his pro bono work on behalf of indigent clients. Mr. Turney is a fluent Spanish-speaker and licensed commercial pilot.
