Gregg Mosson focuses on employment law for employees, select civil litigation matters, prosecuting or defending contempt of court, unemployment benefit hearings and appeals, protective order litigation, and disability benefits law before Social Security or concerning private insurance companies. Concerning employment law, Mr. Mosson is the author of Employee Rights in Maryland: A Concise Guide for Knowing and Protecting Your Rights (Advantage Media 2021). He was named a Rising Star in Plaintiff's employment law by Super Lawyers Magazine for six years from 2017 through 2022 in the field of employee rights. Mr. Mosson has over a decade of experience representing employees involved in employment contract disputes, severance negotiations, disability rights violations, FMLA violations, retaliation and discrimination matters, hostile work environments, wrongful terminations, age discrimination and other claims involving illegal discrimination, illegal retaliation, and whistle-blowing. He was a research assistant in the field of Constitutional administrative law and teaching assistant in both contract law and LLM contact law and civil procedure. Since then, Mr. Mosson has taught legal writing at the University of Baltimore School of Law in Spring 2019 & 2020, and at Goucher College in Fall 2022. He also holds a Master's from The Johns Hopkins Writing Seminars, where he was a teaching fellow. More recently, he earned a Master's of Fine Arts as well; both degrees focused on the written word.
