Gregory James J. Carroll

Gregory J. Carroll is a Partner at Hijazi, Zaslow & Carroll, P.A. He focuses on real estate matters including foreclosure, landlord tenant, tax lien, post-foreclosure litigation, commercial leasing, property title, and contract matters. Gregory has over 20 years of experience as an attorney in a variety of matters including litigation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, appellate and mediations. He is a versatile attorney who handles a high volume of cases that require skill in drafting motions, legal research, and trial work. Gregory has a history of success working on behalf of his clients in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has been the lead attorney in hundreds of cases and works on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants, whether corporations or individuals. He strives to protect his clients’ interests and get them the best possible result whether through trial or negotiated settlements. Gregory is a native of Atlanta, GA residing in Ellicott City, MD and is the father of three young girls. In his time away from the office he enjoys watching baseball, reading, and camping with his family.
