Jeffrey F. Hershey

Jeff Hershey is active in Rich & Henderson's transactional, regulatory, and litigation practices, including with respect to environmental, administrative, business, zoning and land use, and contracts law. Prior to joining Rich & Henderson, Jeff served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Rubin, Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. As a judicial law clerk, Jeff regularly worked on cases in the Maryland Business and Technology Case Management Program. Jeff received a J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia and a B.B.A in Finance and a B.A. in History from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. While in law school, Jeff served as a legal intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Investment Management and for the Department of Justice Civil Division. Prior to enrolling in law school, Jeff worked as an Information Technology auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP, in Tysons, Virginia and in Washington, D.C. Jeff is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
