Keith D. Saylor

Keith D. Saylor is a life-time resident of Carroll County, Maryland. Born and raised in Carroll County, he graduated from Westminster High School in 1972. He went on to graduate, with Honors, from Clemson University in South Carolina in 1976; and, in 1980 he graduated from The University of Baltimore where he earned the degree of Juris Doctor. That same year he was awarded admission to the Maryland Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyer’s Association), and the Carroll County Bar Association. He is a past president of the Carroll County Bar Association. He and his wife of over 30 years reside in Westminster, Maryland, and they are very proud of their two children, both of whom are college graduates pursuing their own professional careers. Keith Saylor has practiced law in Carroll County, as well as other counties throughout Maryland, since 1981. He has been in sole private practice with offices in Westminster since 1983. A trial lawyer with over 30 years experience, he has a general practice with a focus on family law, personal injury, criminal law and civil litigation.
