Lisa Roberts Windsor

Lisa Roberts Windsor is a family law attorney and mediator with Zide Law Group, LLC. Lisa handles all matters related to family law, including divorce, custody, visitation, and support issues. Lisa is a strong advocate for clients throughout Maryland, and practices a client centered approach where each case is tailored to individual needs and goals. She recognizes that different cases require different approaches, and she carefully consults with each client in order to find workable solutions for clients. Lisa works hard to explore reasonable and favorable settlement options on behalf of her clients, and is known to her colleagues as a firm but reasonable negotiator. If a resolution cannot be reached, she is a confident and seasoned litigator who is a zealous advocate for her clients in the courtroom. Lisa also has an active mediation practice that includes both court ordered mediation and private mediation. Lisa divides her time between the firm's eastern shore office in Cambridge and the Glen Burnie office. Lisa is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. She has been continuously recognized each year as a Rising Star by Maryland Super Lawyers since 2017. She resides on the mid-shore and is active in her local community.
