Stacey R. Berger

I established my law office in 1998 as a tax attorney focusing on helping families and individuals pass their assets to their heirs as efficiently as possible. Everyone needs an estate plan, regardless of the size of their estate. I have built my practice through client service and technical proficiency, resulting in word-of- mouth growth. My practice concentrates in all areas of estate planning and estate administration including wills, trusts, elder law, special needs planning, probate, trust administration, and where needed, mediation to insure that families don’t let stressful events or misunderstandings create family divisions. Accomplishing your objectives, whether through a will, revocable trust, power of attorney or other vehicle, requires precise document drafting that is understandable to non-lawyers. In meeting with my clients, I seek to identify any issues that could create problems in the future and solve those problems now. I am also a volunteer mediator with the Howard County District Court which continues to develop my skills in bringing families together.
