Thomas C. Newbrough

Thomas C. Newbrough, Jr., began his practice in 1983 and is admitted in the State of Maryland. Clients turn to him with issues of workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, social security disability, personal injury, medical malpractice, and traffic violations/DUI. Mr. Newbrough obtained his B.A. in Jurisprudence and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
