Cassidy J. Wiltshire Esq.

Cassidy J. Wiltshire is an Associate Attorney with Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C., dedicated to providing legal services in the field of Housing law. Attorney Wiltshire has experience in the areas of public and private housing, personal injury, family, and civil law. While working with the Driscoll & Driscoll team, Attorney Wiltshire has utilized her depth in knowledge of the housing field and attention to detail to assist clients in lease enforcements and evictions, rental assistance terminations, reasonable accommodations, development of comprehensive plans, policies, and procedures, civil complaints, fair housing, and other litigation matters. Attorney Wiltshire earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, at Rutgers University. During that time, she developed an interest in law through working at a family law firm, interning with the Monmouth County Superior Court, and lobbying on Capitol Hill. This interest led her to New England Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2023. During law school, she interned at a firm focusing on handling family law, housing, and personal injury matters; the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families; and she started her journey with Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C. in 2022 as a Law Clerk.
