About Charles F. Rourke II
Mr. Rourke’s practice includes the defense of law firms and lawyers in the areas of professional liability, construction litigation, premises liability, property loss, and other general areas of civil litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Rourke worked at an investment bank in Boston, Massachusetts and was a congressional aide to a local congressman. While in law school Mr. Rourke worked as a Student Prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the Commonwealth.
