Daniel J. Vieira

Attorney Daniel J. Vieira, a Massachusetts native, is a partner in the firm. He is a Providence College and Southern Methodist University Law School graduate and has been practicing law since 1991. His broad business practice includes all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, residential and commercial closings, foreclosure and workout. Attorney Vieira has extensive representation of clients before municipal boards and committees related to land use, including zoning and planning. He is a former member and chairman of the Town of Wrentham Planning Board. Mr. Vieira has appeared before the Supreme Court of Rhode Island and the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State and Federal Bars of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
