David Huehnergarth

David Huehnergarth is an associate attorney focusing on general liability, auto accidents, and more. Before joining our team, David clerked for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania under Judge Daniel McCaffery and as an associate for various criminal defense firms in Massachusetts. David attended Penn State Law in State College, PA. There, he earned top marks across a variety of subjects, with specializations in arbitration, class action law, antitrust, international corporate law, and more. David was an editor of the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review, and his works were published multiple times in the same. While interning at the Institute for Justice, David's work ended up before the Supreme Court in Timbs v. Indiana. Nothing motivates David more than righting wrongs and fighting for the little guy. He prides himself on his tireless work ethic and creative advocacy strategies. David is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
