About Heather M. Spellman Esq.

Attorney Heather Spellman comes to d’Oliveira & Associates with OVER 20 YEARS of litigation experience, primarily in the defense of personal injury claims, but also in the representation of injured parties. She has invaluable perspective on how insurance companies defend claims, which she uses to aggressively represent injured parties. Since joining the firm, she has been practicing personal injury law exclusively. She works with clients from East Providence, Middletown, Pawtucket, Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton, Brockton and throughout southeastern Massachusetts. Attorney Spellman graduated from Seekonk High School in 1992, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 1996. She received her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2001. Attorney Spellman is admitted to practice law in RI, MA, CT, NH, and also in the United States District Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
