Jeffrey L. Driscoll Esq.

Jeffrey L. Driscoll, Esq. is the founding member of Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C. and serves the firm in an Of Counsel capacity. He has worked in the public housing industry for over thirty years and has served as Executive Director of the Medford Housing Authority in Medford, Massachusetts since 2017. He previously served as Executive Director for the Taunton, Massachusetts and Barnstable, Massachusetts Housing Authorities where he was the recipient of several local, state, regional, and national awards. Prior to his employment with the Medford Housing Authority, Attorney Driscoll was managing partner of Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C. and served as in-house General Counsel for the Somerville Housing Authority. In addition to his law degree, Attorney Driscoll has a Master's in Public Administration from Suffolk University. Attorney Driscoll is also a nationally recognized, public housing educator. He is an experience local, regional, and national lecturer, concentrating on the topics of housing law, discrimination, management, ethics, personnel, contracts, and procurement. He teaches PHADA, MassNAHRO, and NERCNAHRO, providing training to housing authority executive directors, staff, commissioners, and residents.
