About Jennifer Smith Miguel
Jennifer Smith Miguel, with over 21 years in practice, has been focusing her work for the last two decades on domestic relations cases such as divorce, custody disputes, child support, contempt cases, modifications, restraining orders and paternity cases. Ms. Miguel also has a wealth of experience representing clients at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in Employment discrimination matters. As a Certified Court Conciliator, she also mediates high conflict cases for parties and their attorneys on a volunteer basis. This is a part of the Bristol County Probate and Family Court Conciliation Program. She’s also served for many years as a Probate and Family Court Guardian Ad litem.
