John A. Gianino

John A. Gianino, MBA, J.D. is the head of the Center for Elder Law & Estate Planning in Weymouth, MA. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He has also served as a hospital and physician administrator for over 20 years. His experiences in hospital administration have given him a unique perspective on elder law and estate planning. He also has the knowledge of emergent and non-emergent estate planning, which is based upon third-party medical payment rules and tax law.
