Kenneth M. Goldberg

Kenneth Goldberg has thirty years experience performing a full complement of services to the real estate, hospitality, and financing industries specializing in acquisitions, sales, and in development, including construction. Mr. Goldberg has currently added specialization in the placement, evaluation, and closing of real estate and asset-based financing, including substantial work in the purchase of loan portfolios and in loan restructuring. This experience includes representation of buyers, sellers, and developers in complex transactions from Maine to Florida. His special interests have led to representation of individuals and venturers in the purchase, operation and sale of pleasure yachts and aircraft.
