Keri M. Armstrong

Keri joined the firm in June 2022, returning to her conveyancing roots and bringing over 15 years of experience as an attorney in real estate law with her. Keri graduated from New England School of Law (now New England Law│Boston), in 2004 and began her career in residential conveyancing at a small firm in Boston. She later shifted to commercial real estate and enjoyed an extended tenure as in-house operations counsel for a large north shore developer/property management company. There, she specialized in negotiating and documenting complex leasing and development transactions. Drawing upon her prior experience, Keri now represents both residential and commercial clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including land use and development, permitting, and loan closings. When she’s not in the office, Keri can be found on the sidelines coaching her daughter’s youth softball team, or, depending on the season, jet-skiing or snowmobiling on Lake Winnipesaukee.
