Kevin F. Osorio Esq.

Kevin F. Osorio joined Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in August of 2019. He is a graduate of Suffolk Law and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2019. Kevin is an attorney in our Real Estate and Corporate departments. Kevin concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate matters, representing sellers, buyers, lenders, developers, and businesses. He has also represented clients in commercial real estate matters, including entity formation, negotiation of loan agreements, the preparation and negotiation of corporate enforceability and other opinions. He is experienced with handling a multitude of complicated 1031 Exchanges, including the sale of business and investment properties. He has represented local businesses in the sale of their business, re-organization of the company, and negotiation of leases. Kevin also assists in Probate matters, assisting families with the process of selling or managing property after the death of a loved one. He works closely with our Estate Administration team to ensure that the probate process is as simple and efficient for the families. Kevin is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and has been recognized by Super Lawyers: Rising Stars in 2023 and 2024.
